The commerce ministry in Bangladesh on Monday sent a letter to the United States Trade Representative saying duty on 100 items will be cut to zero.
Dhaka has also stated that it is examining ways to eliminate all kinds of nontariff barriers as it responds to negotiate the reciprocal tariff imposed on Bangladeshi goods entering the US market.
Dhaka is already giving zero-duty facility to 190 imported items.
