NCC Bank鈥檚 board of directors has elected Khairul Alam Chaklader as executive committee chairman and Meer Sajed-Ul-Basher as audit committee chairman recently, said a press release.
Khairul Alam Chaklader is a director and former vice-chairman and Meer Sajed-Ul-Basher is independent director of the bank.
Khairul is also serving as chairman of Maxwell Group. He is founder of MM Chaklader Mohila College, KNC Foundation, chairman of Shere-Bangla School and College and former president of Rotary Club of Jahangir Nagar Dhaka.
Meer Sajed-Ul-Basher also served at Motorola, Mutual Trust Bank, IDLC Finance, Impress Group, etc. He is also adjunct faculty of BRAC University.
