BRAC Bank has partnered with Sena Insurance PLC, a subsidiary of Sena Kalyan Sangstha, to provide the latter with advanced cash management solutions recently, said a press release.
Through this collaboration, Sena Insurance will leverage BRAC Bank鈥檚 CORPnet platform 鈥� an integrated digital cash management solution that streamlines payments, collections, and reconciliation processes within a centralised system.
BRAC Bank acting managing director and chief executive officer Tareq Refat Ullah Khan and Sena Insurance MD and CEO Brigadier General Md Shafique Shamim sign the agreement in this regard at the bank鈥檚 head office on December 30, 2024.
The bank has also signed a memorandum of understanding with Sena Insurance regarding bancassurance business, making Sena Insurance a potential partner in bancassurance business.
Among others, BRAC Bank transaction banking head AKM Faisal Halim, distribution network 鈥� North senior zonal head AKM Tareq, SME liability head and chief bancassurance officer Mahabubur Rahman and SME banking 鈥� small business (central) head SM Alomgir Hossain were present.
