Mercantile Bank PLC on Sunday added new features within its digital banking app ‘MBL Rainbow,’ said a press release.
Managing director Mati Ul Hasan launched the newly added services in an event at the bank’s head office on the day.
Mati Ul Hasan said in his speech, that from now on, customers of the bank could instantly open their bank account with only their NID, transfer funds to other banks through RTGS, NPSB instantly and BEFTN, transfer funds to bKash and Nagad, check account balance, mini statement, pay MBPLC card bill, recharge their mobile, withdraw cash from branch using branch QR Code, make payment for shopping and others at e-commerce sites and Bangla QR, make TAX, passport fees and many other government fees payment at automated challan, pay utility bills, insurance premium, educational institution fees, add money from VISA and MFS, etc and other banking facilities through the MBL Rainbow.
