Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University family paid tribute to Bangladesh鈥檚 founding president Sheikh Mujibur Rahman鈥檚 mural on the occasion of Mujibnagar Day.
Vice-chancellor Professor Deen Md Nurul Haque placed a wreath at the mural on behalf of the university family on Wednesday. At the same time, the Independence Physician
Council (Swachip), BSMMU unit also paid tribute to the mural, said a press release.
BSMMU pro-vice-chancellor (administration) Sayef Uddin Ahmed, pro-vice-chancellor (research and development) Professor Md Moniruzzaman Khan, treasurer Professor Mohammad Atiqur Rahman, Faculty of Surgery Professor dean Mohammad Hossain, Faculty of Medicine dean Professor Abu Nasar Rizvi, Nursing Faculty dean Debbrata Bonik, registrar professor ABM Abdul Hannan, proctor Professor Md Habibur Rahman Dulal, BSMMU Swachip member secretary associate professor Ariful Islam Jowardar Tito, university teachers, students, doctors, officials, nurses and employees of the university were also present along with others on the occasion.
