
The training and communication wing of Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute has arranged training on new technologies, invented for scientists, at the BARI seminar room on Thursday.
The training programme was funded by ‘Programme on Agricultural and Rural Transformation for Nutrition, Entrepreneurship and Resilience in Bangladesh, Partner, BARI Part’ project where 30 scientists participated, said a press release.
BARI director (training and communication) Md Tariqul Islam presided over the session while director general of BARI Debasish Sarker was present as chief guest.
Director (support and services) Ferdouse Islam and director (research) Md Abdullah Yousuf Akhond were present in the programme. The training was conducted by senior scientific officer (training and communication) Md Emran Khan Chowdhury.
