Global Entrepreneurship Network- Bangladesh in partnership with the Department of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Daffodil International University will celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week-2024 in November 18-24.

In this regard, the DIU held a press conference at its 71 Milanayatan in the capital鈥檚 at Dhanmondi on Sunday.


The press conference was addressed by Md Sabur Khan, managing director of Global Entrepreneurship Network- Bangladesh; Shawkat Hossaim, chief executive officer, Bangladesh Venture Capital Ltd; Rubina Hosen, Bangladesh Federation of Women鈥檚 Entrepreneurs president; KM Hasan Ripon, Bangladesh Skill Development Institute executive director; and Mohammad Kamruzzaman, DIU Innovation and Entrepreneurship department head.

In Bangladesh, 300 events will be hosted across the country through 50 partner organisations and inspire an incredible 1,00,000 youth directly and 3 million digitally, said a DIU press release.

This year鈥檚 GEW theme is titled Removing Barriers and Welcoming All, which underscores the commitment to making entrepreneurship accessible and inclusive for all aspiring and existing entrepreneurs.

As the national hosts, GEN Bangladesh, in partnership with Daffodil International University, is committed to empowering and supporting entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.
