The deadline for government officials and employees to submit wealth statements has been extended by a month until December 31 from November 30.
Senior secretary of the ministry Md Mokhles Ur Rahman announced the decision at a press briefing held at the secretariat on Sunday.
鈥楴o one has submitted wealth statement in the last 16 years. Many people do not understand how to submit it. Therefore, the time will be extended until December 31,鈥� he said.
A circular will be issued in this regard soon, he said.
