
Centre for Studies on Jogendranath Mandal鈥檚 Thoughts and Practices has been formed with the aim of practicing the political ideology and thoughts of the prominent politician of the undivided India and member of the Bengal Legislative Assembly.
A joint meeting of journalists, researchers, political organisers and representatives from Dalit community has recently taken the decision to form the centre on Jogendranath Mandal, who was also minister of law and labour of the then Pakistan, said a press release on Tuesday.
The press release mentioned that 抖阴精品 editor Nurul Kabir had taken the responsibility as convenor on a consensus in the meeting while independent researcher and columnist Altaf Parvez was made joint convenor of the centre.
The press release, sent by Altaf Parvez, also said that the centre planned to arrange meetings and seminars on Jogendranath Mandal.聽
The organisational structure of the centre would be reformed in future in consultations with the people interested in Jogendranath Mandal鈥檚 thoughts, mentioned the press release.
The centre also congratulated the organisers of the Jogen Mela, which is organised to mark the anniversary of birth of the politician at his birthplace in Barisal today.
Born in Barisal on January 29, 1904, Jogendranath Mandal passed away in 1968.
