International Standard University arranged a day-long training workshop on ‘BAC Accreditation for Academic Programmes,’ organised by the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell of ISU to enhance the professional and academic capabilities of its faculty members.
The event took place on Monday at the university’s Mohakhali campus and was inaugurated by ISU vice-chancellor Professor Abdul Awal Khan, said a press release.
The event was chaired by Professor Md Ekramul Hoque, director of IQAC while Professor Monjur Morshed Mahmud, dean of the faculty of business studies, and Professor Md Abul Kashem, dean of the faculty of engineering and technology were special guests. Â Monirul Hasan Masum, additional director of IQAC, conducted the workshop.
Academic and administrative members from various departments of ISU participated the workshop, which focused on standards set by the Bangladesh Accreditation Council for accreditation of academic programmes.
