VEON Limited on Monday announced that Johan Buse had been appointed as chief executive officer of Banglalink, VEON鈥檚 digital operator in Bangladesh, effective April 6, said a press release.
Prior to joining Banglalink, he worked at StarHub in Singapore. He also has decades of experience in the telecom industry across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He previously served as chief commercial officer of Ooredoo Oman and held senior positions at Deutsche Telekom Croatia, AXIS and Singtel.
Johan Buse will succeed Erik Aas.
