Community Bank Bangladesh PLC has recently organised a half-day business conference titled ‘Sales and Support Community,’ aimed at empowering and engaging its front-line staff, said a press release.
The bank’s alternative delivery channel division hosted the event at Police Convention Centre at Eskaton in Dhaka, where more than 200 customer service executives and contractual employees were present.
Bangladesh Police DIG (admin) and Community Bank director Kazi Md Fazlul Karim was present as chief guest. Bangladesh Police Welfare Trust additional DIG and Community Bank director Ahmed Muyeed and Community Bank MD (CC) Kimiwa Saddat were present as special guests.
