
The Bangladesh national women鈥檚 kabaddi team kept their hopes alive in the five-match Test series after a 26-23 victory over hosts Nepal in their third match at the Lainchaur Covered Hall in Kathmandu on Tuesday.
Bangladesh closed the five-point deficit in the second half after Nepal took a 15-10 point lead.
Bangladesh earlier suffered back-to-back defeats in the series, losing the first game by 41-18 points and the second game by 29-22 points to Nepal.
The visitors must win the remaining two games to clinch the series, which will be held on April 24 and 25.
Bangladesh and Nepal women鈥檚 teams are competing in a Test series for the first time as preparation for the Women鈥檚 Kabaddi World Cup to be held in India from June 1 to June 8.
