Along with Liton, Rajshahi city AL general secretary Dablu Sarkar and the RCC former councilor Aktaruzzaman Koyel, among others, were named in the case.
According to the case statement, under the instruction of Liton, Dablu, and Koyel, AL leaders and activists exploded several crude bombs and vandalised the ground floor of Minu’s house at Vadra residential area on December 10, 2028.
The case statement also mentioned that the case could not be filed earlier due to political pressure and death threats.
