The Ganosamhati Andolan chief coordinator Zonayed Saki on Thursday said that a new political settlement was a must to establish freedom of religion for people of all religions and beliefs in the country.
He came up with the remark while exchanging greetings with people of various professions at Dhakeswari Temple on the occasion of Durga Puja, said a press release.
The journey to establish a new Bangladesh has started through the student-led mass uprising in the country, mentioned Saki.
He also urged the people of the country to come forward united to establish them as citizen of all genders and political ideologies, including Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, and Christians.
Resistance should be built against those who will hinder the desire of this Bangladesh, said Saki.
He also said that the rights would be ensured for the observance of the religion and religious practices of the people of all religions in the country.
