Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC distributed blankets among cold-affected people in an event at the bank鈥檚 head office on Thursday, said a press release.
Managing director and chief executive officer Farman R Chowdhury distributed the blankets as chief guest.
Under CSR programme, AIB is distributing 1 lac 50 thousand blankets this year. Further, the blankets are distributed around the country through the Bank鈥檚 branches, sub-branches, and agent outlets.
Among others, additional managing director Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, deputy managing directors Md Fazlur Rahman Chowdhury, Md Asaduzzaman Bhuiyan and Md Aminul Islam Bhuiyan were present.
