Adviser of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting M Mahfuz Alam on Tuesday denied a report that the government banned the news broadcast of the private Deepto TV channel.
鈥楾he government has not stopped the news programme of the Deepto TV,鈥� the ministry in a statement quoted the adviser as saying at a function of itself.
Alam added, 鈥業t is an internal decision of the Deepto TV authority.鈥�
