MetLife Bangladesh has expanded its ‘One by MetLife’ app (formerly 360Health) beyond Android to iOS and web portals.

The expanded service was officially launched on Monday at MetLife’s head office in Motijheel, Dhaka, in the presence of Sanjeev Kapoor, chief marketing officer of MetLife Asia, and Ala Ahmad, chief executive officer of MetLife Bangladesh, among others.

One by MetLife has now over 13 lakh downloads and can be used by anyone.

The app now offers healthcare and financial services across smartphones, tablets, and computers.

As half of Bangladesh’s population has internet access, millions more can now benefit from 24/7 free telemedicine, online medicine purchases, doctor appointments, health assessments, and financial planning tools — available even to non-MetLife customers.

With the rising prevalence of critical illnesses and chronic diseases, combined with escalating healthcare costs, access to quality medical services remains a challenge for many in Bangladesh, MetLife officials said.

‘One by MetLife’ aims to make digital healthcare more accessible and affordable, bringing real improvements to people’s lives, they said.

Sanjeev Kapoor highlighted that Bangladesh is a key market for MetLife, and the company is committed to leveraging advanced technology to enhance health and financial security.

He added that digital platforms are expanding access to healthcare and financial services, allowing ‘One by MetLife’ to reach an even wider users.

Ala Ahmad stated that the ‘One by MetLife’ app reflects our commitment to helping people lead healthier and more financially secure lives.

MetLife currently serves over one million individual customers and 900+ corporate clients in Bangladesh.
