Renowned filmmaker Mostofa Sarwar Farooki’s first web series, ‘Ladies & Gentlemen’ will be released on July 11 on Bangladesh’s OTT platform, Bongo, according to a press release.
The series, premiered on July 9, 2021, was previously available on Zee5, an Indian OTT platform run by Zee Entertainment Enterprises.
The series tells the story of an ordinary girl Sabila, who is molested by her boss and becomes the voice of working women in Bangladesh and beyond.
Actress Tasnia Farin portrayed Sabila with renowned actors Mamunur Rashid, Chanchal Chowdhury, Iresh Zaker, Nader Chowdhury, and Afzal Hossain, playing various roles.
Critically acclaimed, the series will be available on the Bongo app and its website.
