
Ten artists from Bangladesh have participated in a four-day art camp under way in Darjeeling, India organised by Ronger Gaari.
The art camp titled ‘Darjeeling Art Camp’ is being conducted by artist Mintu Dey and Ronger Gaari director Ferdous Ara Rasul is its coordinator.
Besides, Tarpon Paul, Afsana Parvin Urmy, Sudhin Kumar Dewan, Md Mahfuzur Rahman, Alauddin Al-Azad, Kamrun Nahar, Kamrul Hasan and Afsana Siddika have been sponsored by Ronger Gaari.
‘We are trying to inspire our young artists to pursue water colour by regularly organising art camps, workshops and exhibitions. Ronger Gaari will organise an exhibition displaying the artworks created during the art camp,’ said Mintu Dey.     Â
The art camp, which began on June 20, will end today.
